How to use
PictBatch applies one editing recipe to many photos, then lets you tweak a single image when you need to, and export the set at once. It is built for repeat work such as social, commerce, and catalogs. There is no account or cloud sync. Edits live in the current session; leaving for Home asks you to discard unsaved work.
Basic flow
You can import up to 100 images per session. Extra picks are skipped; only the first 100 are used (with a notice).
Sides longer than 4096 px are downsampled to 4096 (not rejected). Formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, BMP. GIF uses the first frame only.
If cutout, fill, and similar edits are likely to need a lot of temporary space, a storage estimate dialog appears before import (cancel to stay on Home).
If aspect ratios differ a lot across the set, a confirmation dialog appears. You can continue, but apply shared crop or resize first when you want aligned canvases.
- On Home, pick photos from the gallery or from files. One or more images takes you into shared editing.
- In Global editing, build the recipe that applies to every image. Preview is the first image in the list (reorder or sort from Imported photos on the layer bar). In a work mode, confirm with the checkmark or cancel.
- Tap Next for All photos. Every image appears in a grid.
- Tap a thumbnail for Individual editing. Returning to All photos already includes those changes.
- Open export settings, then Export all and choose a destination.
Imported photos
Open Imported photos from the layer bar in Global or Individual editing to review base images. Drag to reorder manually, or sort by import order, creation date, or file name.
The first image in the list is the Global preview. Order also affects sequential text line numbers and export serial numbers.
Global vs individual
Overrides are per category (crop, resize, color, flip, and so on). Once a category is confirmed on one image, that whole category uses the individual value. Rotation treats “unset (follow common)” and “fixed at 0°” as different.
Stickers and text keep relative size against each canvas short side, even when resolutions differ. To match aspect ratio or output size itself, apply shared crop or resize first.

Tools
Pick a chip at the bottom. Crop, resize, cutout, mask, paint, fill, and text enter a work mode that you confirm or cancel. Undo and redo are available.
Crop
The region is a normalized rectangle on each canvas. A shared crop uses the same ratios on every image. Presets: original, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9, 9:16. Custom ratios are supported.
Resize
Use this only when you want to change output width and height (fit, fill, or stretch, plus presets such as FHD). If resize is unset, the canvas after rotate and crop is the export size. Export settings do not have a separate size field.
Cutout
The target is the selected base photo or image layer. Confirming in Global processes every image with a progress indicator. Partial failures keep successful results; there is no full rollback.
- AI background: on-device removal, run per image (not copied from the first). Available on iOS and Android; desktop only when the device supports it.
- Wand: tap a connected similar-color region to make it transparent.
- Color key: sample a color and punch similar colors.
- Pen / restore: drag to erase or restore pixels from before this cutout session.
Mask
Mosaic or blur. Draw with rectangle, ellipse, or brush; invert inside/outside and set intensity. Apply to full image when needed. If an image has its own mask, the shared mask is not used.
Color
Brightness, contrast, saturation, exposure, gamma, sepia, grayscale, hue, blur, noise, sharpen, and opacity apply only to the current target (the base photo or the selected layer). Merge layers when you want one baked pixel result.
Rotate
Flip horizontal, flip vertical, and 90° rotate. Applies to the base photo or the selected image layer.
Paint
Brush, rectangle, ellipse, and eraser. The toolbar always creates a new paint layer. Edit an existing paint layer by tapping it on the canvas or with AppBar Edit after selecting it. The eraser only clears that layer, not the photo underneath. Bucket fill lives in the Fill tool, not Paint.
Fill
Adjacent flood fill and same-color replace. Fully transparent pixels are skipped. Text layers are not supported. Confirming on the base in Global reapplies the same operations to every image.
Position
Select a layer and snap it to one of nine anchors (top-left through bottom-right). Use the arrow pad to nudge by 0.1% of canvas width or height.
Text
The toolbar always creates a new text layer. Edit existing text by tapping it on the canvas or with AppBar Edit after selecting it. Resize with corner handles; drag the frame to move. Font, bold, italic, alignment, and color are available. Change shared wording in Global; Individual is mainly for placement.
- Fixed text: the same copy on every image.
- Sequential text: a large editor where one line maps to one image in list order. Missing lines stay empty.
Stickers
Built-in packs (deco, emotion, text, lifestyle) plus custom stickers you add. They are image layers.
Layers
Types: image, text, and paint. Stack order from bottom: base, shared layers, then individual layers. New layers go on top. Edit paint and text content by tapping the canvas or with AppBar Edit.
The layer bar adds from gallery or files (optional crop), shows or hides, deletes, and merges. Merge bakes the visible stack into one raster after a confirm dialog (undoable).
Shared layers use one definition for all images. Individual editing can override transform, hide a layer, override color, or (for paint) store a per-image drawing override. You cannot delete a shared layer in Individual editing (hide only).
All photos and export
All photos shows the merged shared and individual result. Export settings and Export all live on this screen. There is no separate output pixel size here; use the Resize tool.
- File name: original, or prefix + timestamp + serial + suffix
- Format: PNG, JPEG, or WebP
- Quality for JPEG and WebP
- Keep metadata when possible
Export notes
After Export all, confirm the image count and estimated total size, then pick a destination folder.
While exporting, progress and a Stop button are shown. Stopping keeps files already saved and reports how many succeeded.
When finished, success and failure counts are shown. Original names that would collide get a numeric suffix instead of overwriting. Mobile may require photo-library permission to save.
App settings
Theme (system, light, dark), language (日本語 / English), terms, privacy, support, version, share, and store review. File format and naming are in export settings, not here.
Practical tips
This version does not save edit presets, export at a size different from the canvas, or process every GIF frame.
- Align canvases first with shared crop or resize.
- Apply color, cutout, text, and stickers globally.
- Fix only the exceptions in Individual from All photos.
- Set export options and save the batch.
