Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of the PictBatch application (“the App”) provided by Kurono Computing (“we”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. The App

The App lets you apply shared and per-image edits to photos you select and export them to a destination you choose on the device. We do not provide cloud sync of edits, user accounts, or in-app purchases.

3. Environment

The App is intended for iOS, Android, Web, Windows, macOS, and Linux (currently available on iOS only). Some features such as ads and analytics may be unavailable depending on OS, device, or permissions.

4. AI background removal

AI cutout results may be imperfect depending on subject, background, and image quality. We do not guarantee accuracy or that output will match your intent. AI may be unavailable on some OS versions, devices, or memory conditions (manual cutout tools may still work). No network connection is required. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are handled.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the App unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, reverse engineer or attack the App, manipulate ads, or otherwise use it in ways we reasonably consider abusive.

6. Intellectual property

The App, trademarks, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Rights in images you load remain with you or the rightful owner. You warrant that you have the rights needed to process those images.

7. Advertising

On mobile, the App may show third-party ads (such as Google AdMob). Ad content is the responsibility of the ad networks and advertisers.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided as-is. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that export results will always match your intent. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App or exported files.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page is effective when published.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes relating to the App.
